Provides Huge Levels of Strength for Aggressive Off-Roading
The factory tie rods on your 2010-2020 Ford Raptor aren’t going to last forever, especially if you’re really ripping your Raptor around off-road. RPG’s Raptor tie rods are built from the ground up to provide vastly improved strength over stock so that you can push your truck to its limit off-road without worrying about snapping the stock tie rod or pulling apart its ball joint during a heard hit. The RPG Raptor Tie Rods are factory length and don’t require a ton of custom modifications to get them to fit your steering rack or knuckle. The RPG Tie Rods drop right into place of stock and come with all the hardware you need to get them up and running on your truck. Their unique design and high-strength materials give them the ability to handle the toughest terrain and applications on the planet without letting you down.
Unique Hexagonal Bodies with 17-4 Stainless Steel Pins
The RPG Off-Road Raptor Tie Rods are a cut above the rest of the F150 tie rod market thanks to their ultra-strong design and their extensive use of stainless steel that ensures high levels of strength and corrosion-free operation on your Raptor. The tie rods are built around a hexagonal main body that leaves more material than a traditional round bar and provides extra strength and load-bearing. Instead of using standard 4340 chromoly steel pins, RPG uses aviation-grade 17-4 stainless steel that’s over twice as strong as traditional chromoly and resistant to corrosion in just about any climate or application on the planet. The tie rods come standard with Teflon-lined FK rod ends that can hold up to the most violent articulation and heavy hits that you can find off-road. This version of RPG’s tie rods come standard with a blue anodized finish.
Fitment: 2017-2020 Ford Raptor
Alignment Required: these tie rods will require your Raptor to get an alignment after installation. Please make sure to inform your alignment shop or technician that you have aftermarket tie rods with heim joints to help prevent possible damage or alignment issues.
Requires Reaming: these tie rods require you to ream out the factory spindle mount on the knuckle with a 5/8″ drill bit.
