While the 3.5L EcoBoost or 2.7L EcoBoost V6 under the hood of your 2015-2024 F150 can churn out impressive levels of power and torque down low, it has trouble holding onto all that power into the upper RPM ranges due to its inefficient factory intercooler, especially when tuned and aggressively modded. Mishimoto’s F150 EcoBoost Intercooler kit is here to fix that little problem by providing your aggressive EcoBoost F150 with a drastic reduction in intake air temperatures (IATs) and provide more effective heat dissipation throughout your F150’s rev range. Lower charge air temperatures and less heat buildup means your F150 holds more power and gets a nice bump in peak power outputs, especially when custom tuned. Mishimoto’s drop-in intercooler can lower peak IATs by as much as 10° Fahrenheit and features a new seal that meets with your truck’s Active Grille Shutters to provide maximum cooling.

All-Aluminum, Bar-Plate Design with a Silver Finish

Mishimoto’s intercooler features an all-aluminum bar-plate design that allows for far more effective heat dissipation than the stock tube-fin intercooler and its plastic endtanks. The Mishimoto intercooler is much larger than stock with an 77% larger core and 163% more external surface area which means the Mishimoto intercooler can cool a much larger amount of charge air more effectively than stock. Mishimoto’s intercooler installs right in place of the factory intercooler in the stock location which prevent blocking your F150’s radiator, A/C condenser, and oil cooler while allowing you to use the factory intercooler piping or drop-in replacement intercooler piping. The end tanks are each expertly TIG welded to the core and pressure tested to ensure leak-free operation. The intercooler features a provision for the stock eBOV, making it easy to swap over with no hassles. If an aftermarket BOV also uses a bracket for positioning, there may be a fitment conflict. You may need to fabricate your own mounting bracket when using an aftermarket BOV.
