409 Stainless Steel MIG-Welded Construction

Upgrade your F250 or F350s exhaust system with this product from aFe Power. This system is constructed of 4″ mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing for maximum strength and durability. That same stainless steel is one hundred percent MIG-welded for race-proven strength and durability along with your peace of mind. The computer generated design means greater airflow which results in harmful gases exiting the engine sooner and resulting in an increase in performance. In addition to the increase of performance, the design also includes dual 6″ diameter polished 304 stainless steel intercooled clamp-on exhaust tips. The tips themselves also have a aFe Power logo plate riveted on for an extra touch of style. aFe also made sure to include a true mitered merge to help decrease turbulence and increase exhaust velocity resulting in increased horsepower, torque and improved throttle response.

Hassle Free Installation Thanks To OE Flanges

The installation process of this system is advertised as a bolt-on process for quick and easy install. The reason for this is because the system utilizes OE style bayonet hangers that help to provide a stable location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE style fit. aFe also includes factory style flanges along with the previously mentioned hangers to offer a hassle free installation process that uses the same OE mounting points.
