The shocks feature a 7/8″ induction-hardened, chrome-plated shaft and one-piece digressive piston design that provide unsurpassed performance in any situation. Leveling the rear-end of your SUV is simple, with the shocks being capable of up to 3″ of rear lift. The 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum components and 1026 DOM steel shock body provide maximum durability and give the system rust and corrosion resistance. Additional Damping Force From Remote Reservoirs

ICON’s reservoirs are built to the same exacting standards as the shocks themselves. The reservoirs hold extra oil away from the shock body, which significantly improves cooling for a drastic reduction in fade over standard internal reservoir shocks. These reservoirs provide an additional 20% of damping force, which helps prevent the shocks from bottoming out and controls suppression at high velocity. The reservoirs come with everything you need, including hoses, mounting brackets, and hardware.

The ICON VS 2.5 Series Remote Reservoir Rear Shocks are fast and easy to install. The installation only requires a few tools and a jack and can typically be completed in a couple of hours.
