aFe’s kit is based around one of their excellent Pro 5 R oiled air filters that’s mounted in a complete filter housing with a heat shield and seal. The filter gives your Raptor’s engine with more air than stock while providing improved filtration of dust and other particulates. The filter leads into a complete set of inlet tubing manufactured out of mandrel-bent aluminum with a wrinkle black powder coat finish that resists corrosion. The inlet tubing replaces your factory tubing, plastic plenum, and ugly engine cover while helping to maintain air velocity into your Raptor’s throttle body for more power and greater efficiency. aFe throws in a full set of hardware and installation instructions that make getting the Stage 2 Cold Air Intake Kit up and running extremely easy.
