Quality Construction With Clear Sight Glass For Fuel Inspection

Upgrade your trucks fuel system by adding this product from aFe Power. At first glance one can notice the clear high-impact polycarbonate sight glass that allows for visual inspection of fuel. At the core of this pump is a marine grade motor that is protected against dust intrusion and provides powerful water jets. This product is controlled by your ignition and can be run parallel with the stock fuel transfer pump. This kit also has helical bronze spur gears that are more forgiving of contaminants than the normal steel gears. The helical design also means it runs quieter than straight cut gears. aFe also added PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) bearing wear surfaces that reduce noise and wear.

Easy Installation With All Necessary Hardware Included

This system offers plug-n-play installation process that is quick and easy. aFe Power includes a harness that attaches directly to the battery and utilizes weather-proof connectors. There is no cutting or modifications of the stock fuel lines required for installation of this product, making it so if you wanted to, it could be returned to stock. Also included with this system is a direct bolt-on steel mounting bracket that mounts to the frame and utilizes an existing hole. For maintenance, this fuel pump also includes a fuel pressure gauge port that allows you to attach an external pressure gauge to be able to monitor fuel pressure. Thanks to the seals, this fuel pump also means it works with regular diesel or biodiesel.
