Instead of just adapting one of their current cold air intakes into something that fit the 2017-2020 Raptors, COBB started from the ground up to meet the extreme needs and expectations of Raptor owners world-wide. Their cold air intake kit for the 2017-2020 Raptor’s 3.5L HO EcoBoost V6 offers up a huge improvement in airflow, but comes with a fully-sealed airbox assembly with a high-quality seal that keeps all the dust, sand, mud, grime, and debris that your hyper-aggressive Raptor build is sure to kick up on its off-road adventures out of your intake tract. COBB’s Raptor intake increases airflow so much that it requires a COBB OTS tune from their Raptor Accessport V3 or a custom tune from a qualified tuner for operation. The kit’s huge filter and dual aluminum inlet tubes makes sure that Raptor’s turbos get more than enough air to make big-time power gains with the right tuning.

Fully-Enclosed Airbox with High-Quality Seal and Massive Reusable Filter

COBB’s intake was carefully designed and constructed with off-road applications in mind, and it comes with everything you need to install it right out of the box. Each one of COBB’s 3.5L EcoBoost Raptor Cold Air Intakes is built around a massive conical air filter that features 156% more surface area than stock and has an oiled media that’s washable and reusable. The huge filter is housed in fully-enclosed assembly that installs on top of the lower half of your factory air box and is paired with a closed-cell foam gasket to keep your air box and intake stream free from debris. The filter pours its air into two separate 3″ diameter, mandrel-bent aluminum inlet tubes that hook directly to your Raptor’s turbo inlet tubes without modifications. COBB even throws in high-quality couplers and 304 stainless steel band clamps so that kit never lets you or your Raptor down. Each kit comes complete with installation hardware and instructions.

Tuning Required: this intake requires either a COBB OTS Tune from a COBB Accessport V3 or a qualified custom tuner.
