The Ford Racing Skid Plate Kit provides excellent protection for your Raptor’s motor, transmission, and transfer case so that you don’t put a hole in anything that will leave you or your Raptor stranded way off the beaten path. Ford Racing’s Raptor Skid Plate Kit is made out of thick aluminum plates that bolt right onto your Raptor using included hardware. The skid plates help protect your Raptor’s engine oil pan, transmission oil pan, and your transfer case as a whole so that you can rip around off-road with near-impunity so that you can have a great time off the beaten path without worrying about ruining your day in a big way.

3/16″ Aluminum Skid Plates with Powder Coat Finish and Laser-Cut Lettering

Ford Racing’s Skid Plate Kit was originally designed for Ford’s own 2017 Desert Race Truck and were tried and tested out in the Baja 1000 and Mint 400. Each skid plate in this package is made out of 3/16″ thick, powder coated aluminum that won’t suffer from corrosion the way steel skid plates tend to. The main skid plate features laser-cut “Ford Performance” lettering that gives the kit a great look and awesome styling. The Skid Plate Kit comes with a front skid plate that protects your Raptor’s steering rack and front differential; a main skid plate that protects the engine oil pan, transmission pan, and transmission crossmember; as well as a rear skid plate that protects your Raptor’s transfer case. The skid plate kit comes with a complete set of hardware that allows for a bolt-on, drop-in installation of the entire skid package. Each kit also comes with instructions.
