The ICON Delta Joint Tubular Upper Control Arm Kit features ICON’s unique Delta Joint that has the travel and strength of your standard uniball joint, but features the long lifespan and reliability of a standard balljoint for any climate or application. The Delta Joint is a full-sealed unit, which keeps it protected from the elements, but use a unique ball-and-pin design to help your 2004-2020 F150 squeeze out some extra travel and articulation. The arms themselves are made from tubular steel, giving them an increase in strength over stock.

The ICON Delta Joint is a quantum leap forward in upper control arm design, and will give your F150 long-lasting and reliable suspension performance. The Delta Joint has a fully-sealed housing with a zinc-plated finish that allows it to withstand corrosion. The joint itself is protected by a grease seal, which prevents contaminants from entering the housing and causing damage to the internal components. The internal parts feature a greased, metal-on-metal design, and is re-greaseable thanks to a built-in fitting. The control arms themselves are made out of 1026 steel that’s mandrel-bent for a perfect fit onto your F150. Each set of arms comes standard with polyurethane mounting bushings, and the mount housings feature zerk fittings for re-greasing. The control arms are topped off with a gloss black powder coat finish for corrosion resistance.

Fitment: 2004-2020 F150 4WD/RWD

Wheel Backspace & Tire Fitment: these control arms require wheels with a 5″ backspace to clear a 12.50″ wide tire. Stock wheels can be used, though you’ll be limited to a maximum of an 11.50″ wide tire.
