While your 2009-2020 F150 may be one capable truck, after leveling or during aggressive off-roading, you may find that your factory upper control arms just aren’t up to the task. ICON’s Billet Delta Joint Upper Control Arms are a leaps and bounds improvement over the factory control arms both in strength and in capability. Each control arm in this kit is made out of incredibly strong materials and features ICON’s Delta Joint heavy-duty ball joint that offers the reliability of a traditional balljoint, but also the strength and deflection of a performance uniball. Each UCA also features caster and camber adjustment, thanks to their thread heim joint frame mounts which make it easier to dial in your F150’s alignment after leveling or lifting the front end of your truck. The ICON Delta Joint Billet Upper Control Arms are the last UCAs your aggressive 2009-2020 F150 will need, and they’ll handle extreme applications without letting your Raptor down.
6061 Billet Aluminum Control Arms with ICON Delta Joint and Heim Body Mounts
Each ICON Billet Upper Control Arm is built extremely tough in order to resist warping, bending, or cracking during aggressive off-road driving. The main body of the control arms is made out of CNC machined 6061 billet aluminum with a boxed design that give them much greater strength than stock while staying fairly lightweight. The ICON Delta Joint features a fully-sealed design that keeps dust, dirt, and other grime out of its moving parts which gives it much improved reliability and longevity over a traditional uniball joint. While resembling a ball joint, the ICON Delta Joint has more deflection for improved droop travel and is also much stronger so that it won’t pull apart during heavy articulation. The ICON control arms are held to the truck using durable FK Rod End 7/8″ heim joints that thread into the UCAs, which allow for some amount of camber and caster adjustment. The control arms come standard with built-in O-rings and a dust cover cap for the Delta Joint.

Wheel and Tire Fitment: these control arms require a wheel with a maximum of 5″ of backspace in order to clear a 12.50″ wide tire.
