Extremely Durable UCAs that Fit the Stock Wheels and Tires
The stock upper control arms of your 2010-2014 Raptor are one of its weak links, and if you’re going to be throwing your aggressive Raptor around off-road, then you’re putting you and your truck at risk. RPG’s Billet Upper Control Arms are far stronger than stock and feature a 1″ spherical bearing instead of a weak stock-style ball joint that can pull apart during hard hits and violent articulation. The RPG Billet Control Arms are machined out of a solid piece of billet aluminum that gives it far more strength than basic stamped steel stock UCAs or tubular steel aftermarket UCAs. This version of RPG’s Raptor Billet UCAs come standard with a blue anodized finish that adds a great look to your front suspension. Each UCA drops right into place of your Raptor’s stock UCAs and is even compatible with your Raptor’s stock wheels and tires.
Strong Billet Aluminum Construction with Spherical Joint in Stainless Carrier Housing
RPG’s Billet Raptor Tie Rods are made out of high-quality materials in a design that allows for the same wheel and tire fitments as the stock UCAs. Each arm is made entirely out of CNC machined billet aluminum that gives them huge levels of structural strength over stock. Instead of a standard ball joint, the RPG UCAs use a 1″ diameter spherical bearing that bolts through the bottom of the arm assembly which keeps it better protected from dirt and dust intrusion than standard uniball joints and their adapter pins. The bearing carrier is also easily removed for bearing replacement or maintenance. The RPG UCAs mount to the frame using 7/8″ heim joints that are threaded into the arm assemblies to allow for some extra camber and caster adjustment for better fine-tuning of your Raptor’s suspension. The arms come standard with grade 8 hardware for installation. The UCAs are made right here in the USA.
