Aggressive Raptors and F150 builds that are going to see some serious off-roading are going to need a way to keep their rear frames and axle tubes in one piece. The RPG Stage 2 Rear Suspension System is one of the most effective ways to keep the rear suspension system of your F150 or Raptor in one piece so that your can rocket your truck around off-road without fear or hesitation. The RPG Stage 2 Rear Suspension comes with RPG’s impressive rear frame gusset and bump stop mount system, as well as a pair of Fox 2.5 Factory Series Bump Stops that absorb the force of your F150 or Raptor’s rear axle as it violently articulates, preventing axle-on-frame contact and keeping both your axle tubes and frame from getting wrecked. The RPG Rear Frame Gusset also greatly improves rear frame strength, which helps to prevent bent frames during extremely rough off-roading and trail riding. The Stage 2 Suspension System is relatively easy to install, though some modifications to your truck’s rear blocks for installation.
Extremely Durable Steel Cross Brace with Mounts for Included Fox 2.5 Bump Stops
The RPG Stage 2 System was designed and built specifically for F150s and Raptors that are going to see extremely aggressive off-road driving and applications. The Stage 2 System’s cross brace is made out of extremely thick steel that’s even stronger than the factory frame steel and expertly welded together by RPG’s technicians. The cross brace’s bump stop mounts are perfectly in-line with your truck’s rear axle and places the two included Fox 2.5 bump stops to absorb the force of your axle during heavy articulation so that it does not come into contact with your truck’s frame. The bump stops themselves were carefully designed by Fox to absorb and dissipate extremely violent force from your truck’s rear axles. The 2.5 bump stops feature a huge shock body with velocity sensitive valving and a big 1-5/8″ shaft made from chrome-lined 4130 steel. The bump stops drop right into RPG’s mounts without the need for custom modifications. The cross brace and bump stop mounts come standard with black powder coat finish to protect against corrosion and a great look.
