SPD’s catted downpipes even use an EPA-approved catalytic converter that feature a highly efficient cell design and will not cause annoying check engine lights. SPD’s catted downpipe installs right into place of your truck’s factory downpipe without cutting or trimming, saving you time and hassles. Some quality clamps will ensure that your downpipe has a tight seal and will not leak.
3″ Diameter Aluminized Steel with Ceramic-Coat Finish
SPD’s Catted Downpipe was carefully designed to improve your 2019-2023 Ford Ranger’s performance, all while giving you long-term reliability. SPD’s catted downpipe is built around 3″ diameter, mandrel-bent tubing that allows for much more efficient exhaust flow, less backpressure, reduced turbo lag, and better turbo spool time than the stock downpipes. SPD’s catted downpipes feature catalytic converters that still offer improved exhaust flow over the stock cats, but are not street legal. The downpipes are made entirely out of aluminized steel that then receives a gray VHT high-temp ceramic coating to further protect them from corrosion and provide some extra heat insulation. The coating can be re-applied if damaged. This downpipe comes with your choice of exit adapters, one connects the Ranger’s factory 2.5″ exhaust connection and another 3″ connection attaches to the cat-back exhaust. This ensures a free flowing 3″ connection.

Street Legality: This downpipe use an EPA approved catalytic converter, but are not CARB approved.
Custom Tuning Recommended: custom tuning is strongly recommended after installation of this downpipe.
Will not fit 2022 Rangers: due to changes Ford made in the turbocharger bolts and transmission mounts, this downpipe will not fit 2022 Rangers.
