The 2021-2023 Bronco & Maverick Turbosmart BOV is Compatible with Most Aftermarket Intercoolers

When utilizing the turbo in the EcoBoost engine of your 2021-2023 Ford Bronco or 2022-2023 Ford Maverick, the sounds produced after the boost pressure is released are rather weak. Luckily, Turbosmart has come up with a BOV upgrade that will give your EcoBoost the aggressive sounds it deserves. The 2021-2023 Bronco & Maverick Turbosmart BOV is a drop-in replacement of your stock eBOV that is less prone to leakage, has a quicker response, and improves your thermal performance. This improved thermal performance is essential when handling higher boost pressures created by more aggressive builds. The lack of leakage is great for these aggressive builds that feature hybrid or large flowing turbos with the OE electronic diverter valves. You will be assured that your turbo charger and wastegate will not be overly strained when trying to reach your target boost. The sounds created from this BOV are meant for the racetrack making them powerful, but possibly illegal based on local law. The true vent-to-atmosphere (VTA) design creates an aggressive “pssshh” sound when you lift off the throttle and works no matter what mods or tuning you have that would increase boost pressure.

Billet Aluminum Construction with Drop-In Design

The 2021-2023 Bronco & Maverick Turbosmart BOV is housed in a durable billet aluminum body with a stock-style bayonet fitting allowing it to be dropped right in. This BOV is guaranteed to work with your factory intercooler or most aftermarket intercoolers currently available for the 2021-2023 Ford Bronco or 2022-2023 Ford Maverick. Installation is easy with this drop-in design. Simply unplug and unbolt your OEM blow-off valve and install this BOV in its place. This can be done without having to use adapters, hoses, or extra assembly. There will be no loss in control over the factory BOV functionality, just a more aggressive sound with a stronger construction. In addition, each Turbosmart BOV features a positive mechanical seal to hold boost and handle higher pressures over time than the stock eBOV. This is an essential feature for any vehicles that already have a more aggressive build that is capable of producing higher boost pressures.
